I agree with the other reviewers. This was a wonderful romance story between two mature woman.Elizabeth was still suffering from the death of her long time lover. Jackie was trying to figure out who she really is after a long term relationship with someone that was very manipulative. Neither knew where to begin, but Jackies persistence proved fruitful. Along with the intervention and match making of Elizabeth's mother. Most books are about young women under 40 (at least) - not this one. It was well written and I enjoyed it.
Funny, romantic, and a good read!

I understand that this is this author's first novel. This was a very good book. He'd characters were very well developed. I enjoyed the storyline. Well done!

Unfinished Letter is author Judy Folger's first published book, and it is a top seller for many reasons. The plot is tight and moves quickly. Just as importantly, the book is full of characters that readers can identify with, even when those characters are at odds with each other. The lesbian theme is handled matter-of-factly and without sensationalism. The Unfinished Letter is, at its heart, a love story, and I look forward to reading it again and again.
A fats moving story that depicts a relationship between two woman. I recommend this book to everyone who likes a good gay romance.
This book was a good read. I think more attention to detail could have been given in certain areas, like why no one seemed to need a job. Overall, good characters and good story.
I loved this book. It was nice to see a love story involving older women. The characters were believable and complex. It was fun to watch their journey.
This is a beautiful story written with real, solid, mature characters. Judy Folger's finely crafted tale shows us that while it's tough starting over again when a long-term relationship ends for any reason, amazing opportunities for love can emerge from the ashes. This book has you hooked from the beginning.
So nice to see that real people with heart aches can learn to trust another and build loving and lasting relationships. STRONG & yet mature, while feelings begin divided and at times create jealously inflicted tones, the core of a truly developed friendship is stripped and rebuilt on sincere conversations and emotionally charged actions. Just proves that everybody deserves a chance to find a devoted partner, even if family or
friends are persistent in their duties as a matchmaker. I enjoyed
this lesbian romance.
